Region Five Development Commission (R5DC) announced their 2024 Annual Award Winners and honors awardees at an event held at the Gull Lake Yacht Club in Brainerd, MN on Thursday, December 12th, 2024.
R5DC selected Allegra Marketing-Print-Mail of Brainerd as the recipient of the 2024 Exceptional Service Provider of the Year for their professionalism in providing outstanding marketing materials and customer service. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency was chosen as R5DC’s 2024 Exceptional Regional Partner for providing supportive funding and working closely with cities in our region to address environmental concerns leading to more resilient communities.
Bell Tech CNC Machinery and Simply Rustic Floral & Design were selected as 2024 Outstanding Business Partners of the Year. Bell Tech CNC Machinery utilized the Motley Local Development Organization funds to purchase high-quality equipment that significantly improved efficiency and contributed to their growth in Motley, Minnesota. Simply Rustic Floral & Design navigated a challenging journey to open their floral shop, leveraging funding from the North Central Economic Development Association and drawing on mentorship and community assets to create a thriving business in Crosslake, Minnesota.
R5DC recognizes the amazing work of all these organizations and strongly applauds them for their positive community impact.
